After five incredible years of building SucceedSmart, we have made the difficult decision to wind down operations. While the timing wasn’t ultimately on our side, the vision, the mission, and the work we achieved together remain something I will always be deeply proud of.
SucceedSmart was born from a belief that leadership hiring could be more equitable, more human, and more innovative. Thanks to the dedication of our exceptional team, the wisdom of our advisory board, the trust of our customers, the many talented candidates who embraced our fresh, more inclusive approach to executive search, and the unwavering support of our investors, we were able to turn that belief into reality—one meaningful step at a time.
To everyone who contributed to this journey: thank you. You brought heart, ingenuity, and conviction to a bold idea. You helped us push boundaries, serve global enterprises, and earn recognition for reimagining how organizations discover and develop diverse leadership talent.
Though SucceedSmart’s chapter comes to a close, the spirit of what we created lives on in the people who built it, the candidates who believed in a fairer and more modern path to opportunity, and the organizations we touched along the way.
